Not only are the feds reaching across nations to rip people out of bed and place them in prison with no bail (case of megaupload founder New Zealand) but they also have threatened countries around to globe to shut down Internet Providers who allow content the U.S. censors find objectionable.

You may not be interested in watching people deficate, or have sex with animals, or even pee, but those things were available recently until the U.S. censors got to them.  Even 3D sex cartoons now require you sign up to view  them (not in all cases).  China does not hold a candle to the U.S. in terms of reaching across jurisdictions to get their way.

They shut down Limewire, Megaupload, made Frostwire comply with their demands, and its my guess they will go after Pirate Bay within six months, as well as many more.  The fact the business operates within the laws of the country it is registered in, and the fact the owners may not be aware of U.S. law, no matter.  The U.S. has so much power to intimidate foreign officials, they arrest and extradite anyone they wish to shut up or shut down! (Except in China or other nations too powerful to bully)

I don’t see the Americans going into China and cracking down on bootlegging.  But they can get away with suing and shutting down Limewire, slapping the New Zealand officials around to get Megaupload shut down.  It’s like beating up nations like Iraq, Panama, and  Lybia, but although much worse things happen in places like Syria, these same chest thumpers do little to nothing!

I have a friend who was fined more than three million dollars and sentenced to more than three years in the Federal Penn for operating a legitimate Internet business in Central America.  Although he was not aware of it, he violated The Wire Act”, which was written long before the Internet existed.  These arrests, as in his  case, are often more about money than anything else.  The powers that be in the U.S. government do not like to see people make loads of money using the Internet without the U.S., or one of its power brokers (Hollywood crew for example), getting a share!

The neo-conservatives as well as powerful people in the current government want the total control of Cyberspace, sometime for different reasons, but still, total control and the elimination of the Internet as a free speech tool.  These intentions are no secret. They are spelled out in the Manifesto for a New American Century, they are being acted upon at present by an unkown number of tekkies working for the government on an overtime schedule.

And now that it is no secret, the government officials as stoges for the police state, have and are, actually introducing legislature to demand IPs keep track of every site you visit!  Such legislation has been introduced in Hawaii and is being introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.  When the Hawaii legislation hit the media the writers backed off, but said they will just approacfh it from another angle!

How about the S.T.O.P. legislation?  When the public cried fowl against it, the proponents said they will still get their legislation through, just from another angle.  How often have you seen powerful financial interests, with multiple paid lobbyists, lose to the common folk?  Next to never!  Hollywood will win, wait and see.

Knowledgeable experts point out  although Hollywood has a financial loss problem, there are many appropriate avenues for them to take, rather than taking away peoples rights on the Internet!  The public good, if not the last mode of freedom of speech, lies in the Internet!

So I am sorry to send out the message, but the Internet will disappear as far as freedom of speech. It also will morph into control of who uses what, and what price you must pay to be a user at all!

Porn freaks, sorry the old days are long gone.  College students, sorry you will not be able to use the Internet to start revolutions!  Truth tellers, I don’t know what vehicle you will use the get the message out, but it won’t be the Internet!  And all the rest of you. prepare to explain, if not, be detained under the new laws as a Terrorist, if the government checks your Internet site records and finds you have visited a “site of interest”! If you decided to practice Islam as your religion, you may want to get rid of your computer altogether!

Apply this same scenario to the nation as a whole because it is what you are getting in 2012.  A windfall for the establishment news organizations and the wealthy people who own and control them.

Since the Supreme Court decision which says money talks, money is talking,  albeit behind closed doors and under the pretext of “Super Pacs”.  In fact,  billions of dollars are talking.  It may still look like one man, one vote to the naive who participate in the sham,  but collective dollars speak louder and influence outcomes.  Studies over many years, with books published on the subject,  have shown most elections are won by the person with the most money to spend.  Yet the bulk of Americans continue to participate in the “election sham” reporting their belief that they have the power to elect persons who will bring about outcomes they as voters desire.

So goes the buzz, twitter, and conversations all about.  ”Who do you like”?  ”Who will you vote for”? I heard one man say “we have to get it right this time”!  Excuse me for laughing.  I can’t help wondering how these grownups can continue to not only participate in the sham, but also continue to believe they can make a difference in outcomes.  Perhaps even electing a person who will improve conditions for people other than the rich and the corporations who have their ear! Amazing!

So lets say you are one of those Americans who vote and still believe the fairy tale.

Here’s a question:  Polls this morning said Americans have a 13% approval rating of their Congress.  That being the case I guess most voters didn’t get it right this time. YOU VOTED FOR THEM!

The next question is:  Has it gotten better or worse over time? I mean has your ability to get good health care, better living conditions, better wage buying power, better educational opportunites, (as examples) over the years improved, or worsened? Has the wealth of the nation siphoned off to 1% of the population, leaving less for the rest of you?

If your answers reflect a worsening situation for you over many years, I must now ask you how that happened when you elected the very politicians who passed legislation, or did not pass legislation, which brought about outcomes you favored?  Do you always “get it wrong”?

Of course you don’t get it wrong.  The deck is stacked from the onset.  How many of you can get the ear of your Congressman to help you on some issue?  The corporations and their lobbists have no problem getting the ear, and a lot more!

Serious candidates for President are pre-approved by the power brokers.  So it matters little what they say or promise.  They will be the man to continue the status quo, no matter what.  So is that a legitimate election, when the candidates both work for the same bosses?  I think not.

So elections then serve a very important function.  By oiling the press with windfall amounts of dollars, the dialog goes on across the nation as to the latest in the polls, who promises what, who is using negative tactics against who, what religion is this one, and what was the marital problems of this one.  All smoke and mirrors to get you involved.  The populous thinks they have a say!  How wrong could you be.  You have no say with any significant consequence for outcomes.  That is why for the majority of lower and middle class Americans, it just keeps getting worse.

So not only are the power elite, movers and shakers, corporations and military industrial complex at fault here,  perhaps more so the press and those who tweet to stir the pot.  The press shows absolutely no inclination to show some integrity and print the truth about what is happening in this ongoing sham called an election.  Not one has the courage to stand up against those pouring money into their pockets, not one!

So I sit outside looking in, and still I can’t help but laugh, wondering how so many people could keep their heads in the sand.

Now in January 2012 I am back publishing.

Antigua will no longer be one of our main focuses.  Reason being the society has failed to change their behavior, lacks transparency in legal and government affairs, and continues to cover up its ills, protecting one another from due consequences of their own behavior. When the choice was present, there was no question in choosing another island to live on.  Frankly, caring much about Antigua healing is like caring about changes needed in North Korea. Amen.

Considering the state of the world at this time, economic collapse, ongoing decay in America, and the overall unwillingness of much of the worlds population to accept and live in continued tyranny, Mokenman will concentrate in these areas, corporate/ political/power elite control, and the overall game being played out internationally.

Predictions for 2012:

1. The U.S. will enter into war with Iran as planned, Israel may be in the lead, but the Jewish interest in the U.S. is surely behind them.

2. So called “economies” of the world will continue to falter with debt crisis,  as the credit/money ponzi scheme nears the top of the pyramid.

3. The disparity between rich and poor will continue to widen, bringing about uprisings of the have-nots.  This may result in the middle east becoming more and more controlled by the Muslim majorities, and in widespread internal wars.

4. The United States government will continue to serve the corporate and banking power elite, restricting freedoms in a well planned effort for controlling the populous and guarding against any meaningful protest by the people. (Increasing police state).

5. Banking sector will continue to benefit from the money ponzi scheme and shrink in the number of banks who control and benefit from money/credit flows.

6.  No matter who is elected the Federal politicians will continue, and increase their servitude to corporations and the lobbyists for the elite.  Nothing of substance will be accomplished to  help the bulk of the population improve their lots in life.  The game of smoke and mirrors played out by the Congress will continue to distract the public from the real story of who serves what interest.

7. No significant increase in jobs in America will happen.  Those jobs lost are gone forever.  This will result in more Americans becoming indebted and moving into poverty.

8. The decay of America and ongoing theft of resources by the American corporations will affect nations around the world and increase monitory problems for those nations.

9. Interest rates in the U.S. will continue near zero in order to fund the money ponze scheme which enriches the banks and the power elite who control and own them.

10. Oil industry including shale operators will continue to pollute the environment and expand their operations along the gulf coast.  Plan is to occupy most of the gulf real estate with oil related operations and displace most of the population living there at present. Any significant actions on the part of government to restrict these events will not happen.  The federal leaders have already bought into these plans as part of a bargain for re-election.

11. The cost of health care in America will increase as will the cost of pharmaceuticals.

12. Debt, as a form of interest profits, will increase by increasing costs of College tuitions and health care.

14. Public education will continue its decline in world wide ratings, and continue to eliminate the Arts, and any studies which may result in challenging the status quo. The expressed intent is to graduate American students who can live and think in the box designed to  serve the power elite.

15. Denial of environmental issues, including global warming, will continue, with oil interests and power elite downplaying the truth, spending large sums of money to offer evidence contrary to fact.  This along with fear tactics, will allow the oil interests to continue raping the environment and increase the profits for the elite.

16. Iraq will return to control by the the use of force, similar to how it was run under its previous dictator.  Iraq will show little to no benefit, and in fact has and will continue to suffer greatly, from being invaded by the Americans.  Democracy will not happen here, rather it will be governed by the man who is toughest, most ruthless, and most corrupt. (see Mokenman post May 2011)

17. Control, including U.S. censorship, of the Internet, will continue along a well planned out route, to its ultimate destiny of restricted information and the commercial sale of rights to use or publish on the Internet.  This includes immediate enactment of laws in the United States to allow for these restrictions and controls to become law and policy.  Internet will eventually go the way of all American forms of public communications, being well controlled in content, serving the interest of the power elite, and preventing the truth to be disseminated.

It is so predictable because it happens over and over. Like flipping a light switch.  When you see the light come on enough times you connect the dots! No doubt the Americans will blame President Obama on the war about to BEGIN in Iraq!

Yes, I said BEGIN.  Perhaps it might be more accurate to say MORPH.

I am flabbergasted at the ignorance of people in general.  How can the U.S. go to Iraq, displace 3 million residents, kill hundreds of thousands, and completely destroy what poor infrastructure and commerce this county had before the unlawful invasion, pull out essentially, and expect anything other than what is happening?

My prediction of complete chaos, return to rule by the most tyrannical , return to post war atrocities by whatever new forms of government emerge, and war between the rival religious powers and sects, IS NOT PREDICTION, IT IS HAPPENING NOW!

What amazes me, quite frankly, is that this morphing was visible all along the way.  Hello!   But the Americans are so short sighted, when it becomes a large enough news item for the press czar to declare worthy, they will probably  blame President Obama “because he was the one who pulled out”!

It simply was a government in corporate control, who without any substantial interference or oversight from the Congress, decided to put billions of dollars in certain corporate cronies bank accounts, steal the Iraqi oil, and in the process defocus the populous  from their agenda of world domination by war,  and elimination of human and individual rights under the American Constitution!

WHO SAID STOP!  WHO SAID WE HAVE HUMAN VALUES IN THIS COUNTY WHICH PROHIBIT US FROM COMMITTING TORTURE?

WHO TOOK ACTION TO STOP Bush and company from destroying much of what the America I was raised in stood for?  Maybe a couple of Congressmen. And now they all scream in unison about the atrocities they did not know about. Please!

Well the intolerable bull shit continues.  I am at a loss to understand how people can be so deceptive, manipulative, insincere, and downright culpable of perpetuating the American ignorance, and bad neighbor behavior!  The light is on folks.

We find it interesting, main stream media took this long to expose what Mokenman was telling you in the original “Bush ‘Steals the Last Treasures Follow Up Report” July 3, 2008!

When we begin to trace the housing bust, credit bust, oil bust, and the bail outs, where does it all lead?  Amazing, the same place you find the largest contributions to both American political parties – WALL STREET BANKERS!

And when you trace the repeal of regulations aimed at protecting the American people from speculative economic tyranny, you end up at the door of G. W. Bush and the U.S. Congress, both of whom gave the thieving bankers exactly what they wanted in deregulation.  In walks Enron (again), and the deals made in secret with Vice President Chaney years ago deregulating energy,  including oil futures markets.

Same culprits making obscene profits,  stealing from the world, until their Ponzi scheme ended coincidentally at the end of the Bush term, then turning to the government leaders, who they had bought and paid for, and demanding billions of dollars to “bail them out”.

More years ago than I can remember I had an account with a wondeful savings and loan company called Great Western Savings. The company tellers knew the clients by name, therefor no ID was ever required to do your banking.  Friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful, are adjectives to describe their customer service.  They were willing to bend and go out of their way for customer satisfaction.  Having dealt with the big banks, like Bank of America (the baddest dog of all), Washington was a breath of fresh air.

One fine day Washington Mutual was born, out of a merger. The new baby grew and grew and grew. 

Soon no one knew the names of any customers.  No one cared, because if you wanted an account with Washington Mutual it was their decision and bigness was now their mantra.  They began developing rules to squeeze more fees from their clients, and rules which would only benefit their bottom line,  pleasing the board of directors.  They just did not care about humanity!  Fairness in customer relations disappeard.  I was squeezed out or closed out.

And Washington Mutual grew and grew and grew!

Now the dog  they became is dead!  And I, the little guy, the poor depositor, am not dead!  I survived, they did not! I celebrate the ending Washington Mutual deserved!

The Neocons, power elite, banking thieves, and the Bush Administration, have come up with the best idea yet, of how to remain in power and control of what’s left of America.

If you were a parent and your child was about to go off on a new track, and you wanted to retain control over them, how would you best accomplish that task?  Exactly, use the family money to control their every action for as long as you can keep the financial power over them.  This works especially well if you also prevent them from making any money on their own.  And if four years is all your shooting for, 700 billion should do the trick!

Going back to Mokenman blogs you will find cited who the biggest contributors have been for each of the political parties.  Yes, right again, the very wall street firms who are now crying about their hair being on fire, and begging the guys in congress they  bought and paid for, to save their future ability to steal from the Americans.

And then the supreme idiot they have for a talking head, the Bush guy, comes out and tells the nation what they will lose if they do not give his boy all the money!  Fear and want, all over again! ” If you don’t do as we say, this or that will happen and you will suffer”. ” And by the way do it now”!  Sounds like a bank heist in an old Western movie.

Can anyone explain how these experts and persons like the Fed Chairman, Secretary of the Treasury, President of the U.S., Congressional finance commities, and all the watch dog agencies who’s job it is to prevent theft and protect the public,  could sit idly by,  while Rome was burning,not know about it, or do something to stop it?  And then to say, listen to me, something must be done by you the people and your Congress NOW, OR ELSE!  Holy moley give me a break!

The American people might of been stricken with massive overnight stupidity, but if they can’t see this one, then I guess they really deserve what they got coming if they give up the dough to the very slime balls who stole the rest of their money, killed lots of people, and at the same time picked their pockets!
